Description
The Las Animas group have had the deluxe clubbing experience down to a T for years, and Las Animas del Puerto is no exception. An enormous nightclub in an old customs building down in the port, this place packs out every weekend during the summer as the entire top floor becomes an open air terrace, with decked floors, huge VIP areas and amazing views over the port and Malvarrosa beach. There are two main dancefloors playing house and electro, then Spanish and International pop and a third area more like a bar, where the music's not so loud and you can have a chat and a sit down with your drink. During the colder months, the big room downstairs plays hip hop and r'n'b on their Winterland nights on Thursdays, and Fridays and Saturdays are big house nights.
